That is the FTP008: a pair of billet adapters with a Ø 8 mm pin. The FTP008 is a fraction of a full rearset. The diameter is the deciding number — check it.

Material and Finish

Cut from solid so the pin seat stays dimensionally stable. LighTech gives the weight as 90 g. Production is in Italy, as it is for the whole LighTech range.

Application

The listing is the GSX-S1000, model years 2015 to 2026. Measure the pin on the bracket of the GSX-S1000 if you are not sure which size you need. The part number FTP008 is the binding reference, not the model name.

Check the Pin Diameter

One number decides this purchase: the pin diameter. The pin on the bracket of the GSX-S1000 has to measure 8 mm — other diameters are separate part numbers. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the bracket and we will name the size.

In the Workshop

The original bracket stays where it is. Set the lever heights before the first ride, not at the first corner. Removal takes as long as fitting did.

What Is in the Box

One pair per order. Whether it is accepted on your GSX-S1000 is for the inspection body to decide. We would rather you asked first than discovered it at the next inspection.

At a Glance

Brand: LighTech

Part number: FTP008

Type: Footpeg adapter kit, pair

Pin diameter: Ø 8 mm

Purpose: Mounts LighTech footpegs on the original brackets

Material: Billet aluminium, anodised

Position: Passenger

Supplied as: Pair with mounting hardware

Finish: Silver

Origin: Made in Italy

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/v_FTPXXP_822534_c845cc0c-cae4-4c66-8d20-8e23e092a1dd.png?v=1791894331
https://inter-pace.com/products/lightech-footpeg-adapter-kit-8-mm-passenger-suzuki-gsx-s1000-2015-2026-ftp008
