The ENGCF001 is LighTech's engine kit, 32 pieces, machined from Ergal 7075. Made in Italy, like the rest of the range. 5 anodised colours to match the rest of the bike.

Key Features

Covers a 650NK across 4 model years (2021 to 2024)

Anodised to improve durability, according to LighTech

Ergal 7075, anodised

32 pieces in the kit

5 colours — Black, Blue, Gold, Red, Silver

A stock LighTech item

Application

The ENGCF001 is intended for a CFMoto 650NK from 2021 to 2024. The fastener pattern was unchanged across 4 model years, so one part number covers them all. A chassis number settles any doubt about the year faster than a table.

Thirty Screws, One Colour

Fasteners are the only part of a bike that gets touched at every service. The ENGCF001 is among the cheapest visible changes to a 650NK. Everything else about it is colour.

One Thing to Note

A detail on the ENGCF001. No brackets, no adapters — just the fasteners that are already there in another material. LighTech states the kit contains 32 pieces — that is the figure for this part number, not for the range. Italian manufacture, like everything else LighTech makes.

Mounting It

The ENGCF001 goes on with the engine cold and the bike on a stand. Observe LighTech's torque figures — aluminium screws in aluminium threads do not forgive an overtightened fastener. We can do the fitting and the check over in one appointment.

Supplied As

The scope of the ENGCF001: 32 screws and washers for the engine. Black, Blue, Gold, Red, Silver: 5 finishes for the same part number. Nothing beyond the fasteners is in the package.

Approval

A word on paperwork. No German approval document comes with the ENGCF001 — no ABE and no Teilegutachten. Replacing like for like does not normally raise a question, but your inspection body decides, not us.

The Data

Brand: LighTech

Part number: ENGCF001

Type: Engine bolt kit

Material: Ergal 7075, anodised

Function: Replaces the original engine-side fasteners

Supplied as: Complete kit

Origin: Made in Italy

Weight: 95 g

Fitment: CFMoto 650NK (2021 to 2024)

Road approval: No ABE or parts certificate supplied

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/v_KIT-VITI-NER_5a1d1d_7ed30c55-5584-49b9-ad38-41532b91ada4.png?v=1791963682
