What LighTech sells as the CARD0825 is the tank cover, woven carbon with a glossy finish. The finish is glossy. LighTech states the carbon range is lighter than the standard components it replaces.

Key Features

124 g

Single item

Made in Italy

Listed for the Ducati Panigale V4 S

In many cases autoclave-cured, which LighTech credits for its strength

Fitted either with a few drops of silicone at the support points or with the screws LighTech supplies, depending on the part

Application

LighTech lists the CARD0825 for a Ducati Panigale V4 S, model years 2022 to 2026. Because it is moulded, the CARD0825 either sits flush on this bodywork or does not sit at all. Ask us first if the bodywork of your Panigale V4 S has been changed.

Why Carbon

Plastic ages by going chalky; carbon ages by staying put. What the CARD0825 changes on a Panigale V4 S is one surface, completely: tank cover, glossy carbon, lighter than the part it replaces by LighTech's own account. Beyond that there is nothing we would claim for it.

Before You Order

One point before you order the CARD0825. The manufacturer is explicit about this: a single item. Fitting is either a few drops of silicone at the support points or the screws LighTech packs with the part — which of the two applies depends on the part, and LighTech says so itself. On cleaning, LighTech is specific: neutral detergents, nothing stronger. A stock LighTech item, so a second one is not a special order.

In the Workshop

The CARD0825 goes on without tools in some cases and with the supplied screws in others. Use a torque wrench where LighTech gives a figure, and feel where it does not. Bring the bike to us if you would rather not work on the bodywork yourself.

Scope of Delivery

You receive the CARD0825 as one part, glossy finish. Mounting hardware is included where LighTech supplies it with this part. Tools are not part of the delivery.

Approval

On approval documents. There is no ABE and no parts certificate in the box with the CARD0825. Clarify it in advance if the Panigale V4 S is used on public roads.

Technical Data

Brand: LighTech

Part number: CARD0825

Type: Tank Cover in carbon

Finish: Glossy carbon

Supplied as: Single item

Material: Carbon

Origin: Made in Italy

Weight: 124 g

Fitment: Ducati Panigale V4 S (2022 to 2026)

Road approval: No ABE or parts certificate supplied

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/v_CARD0825_858680_79eca4f3-f248-4eb7-97af-bb5b0a0c2da9.png?v=1791973339
