Enter the ISS116LC: 119 g of carbon and aluminium at the left bar end of the Street Triple 765 R. LighTech specifies the left side of the Street Triple 765 R for it. Many circuits require a lever guard before they will let the Street Triple 765 R on track. The listing covers the Street Triple 765 R across 10 model years (2017 to 2026).

Key Features

Sold individually; the coloured end piece is also available on its own

Carbon keeps the added mass at the bar end low

A stock LighTech item, not a special order

No approval paperwork is supplied — see the note below

119 g

Listed for the Triumph Street Triple 765 R

Application

This listing covers the Triumph Street Triple 765 R, 2017 to 2026. It goes on the left-hand side only. Ask before ordering if anything is unclear — it is quickly answered.

What the Guard Prevents

Regulations aside, a guard is cheap against a broken lever. The coloured end of the ISS116LC is laser-engraved and can be ordered on its own. The matching adapter is preselected in the “Adapter” option, so it ships with the guard.

How It Is Made

Carbon carries the load here; aluminium only forms the coloured tip. LighTech gives the weight as 119 g. Italian production, like the rest of the catalogue.

Before You Order

One thing to settle before ordering the ISS116LC: the adapter. LighTech states it plainly: without the matching adapter the guard cannot be fixed at all. For the Street Triple 765 R that is KPL311, and it is already selected under the option “Adapter”, so guard and adapter arrive together. Pick “Without Adapter” only if the Street Triple 765 R already carries KPL311.

What Is in the Box

LighTech ships the ISS116LC as a single item. A matched pair on the Street Triple 765 R means two guards and two adapters.

Fitting

The ISS116LC is fitted with the Street Triple 765 R on its stand. Tighten evenly rather than one screw at a time. Removal takes as long as fitting did.

Road Approval

The ISS116LC is sold without approval paperwork of any kind. Whether it is accepted on your Street Triple 765 R is for the inspection body to decide. Ask before you fit it to a registered Street Triple 765 R.

At a Glance

Brand: LighTech

Part number: ISS116LC

Type: Carbon clutch lever guard

Body: Carbon

End piece: Anodised aluminium, laser-engraved

Guard length: 132 mm, bar end to centre of tip

Mounting side: Left

Adapter: KPL311 — preselected option

Colours: 8 — Black, Blue, Gold, Green, Grey, Orange, Red, Silver

Origin: Made in Italy

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/v_ISS116NER_c8805f_66197b34-6800-43cd-b124-d2dc886125da.png?v=1791892173
https://inter-pace.com/products/lightech-carbon-clutch-lever-guard-132-mm-triumph-street-triple-765-r-2017-2026-iss116lc
