The quoted weight is 26 g. Made in Italy throughout.

The Finishing Piece

Small parts finish a cockpit or spoil it. LighTech marks the CAP001 with its logo and with Made in Italy. A stock item, no waiting time.

In the Workshop

The CAP001 goes on last, once the balancer or spool is tight. Work to the torque figures of the MONSTER 1200 R; overtightening is the usual mistake. Inspect it at every service of the MONSTER 1200 R.

What You Get

LighTech ships the CAP001 as a pair, not singly. Two caps, nothing else.

Before You Order

One order of the CAP001 is two caps. That is enough for both ends of one fitting on the MONSTER 1200 R. A LighTech 400-series bar on the MONSTER 1200 R cannot be assembled without them.

Road Approval

Nothing in the CAP001 box constitutes a type approval. An added part on the MONSTER 1200 R can come up at a technical inspection. Clarify it in advance if the MONSTER 1200 R carries a plate.

The Data

Brand: LighTech

Part number: CAP001

Type: Cap set for balancers and spools

Material: Anodised aluminium

Marking: LighTech logo, Made in Italy

Supplied as: Pair

Use: Handlebar balancers and swing arm spools

Colours: 4 — Black, Gold, Orange, Silver

Origin: Made in Italy

Weight: 26 g

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/v_CAP001NER_b96577_0d63b8a1-a3e5-4f80-a85d-c470d633def1.png?v=1791892738
https://inter-pace.com/products/lightech-caps-for-balancers-and-spools-ducati-monster-1200-r-2017-2020-cap001
