Enter the CAP001: anodised caps for the TUONO V4 1100 FACTORY, marked with the LighTech logo and Made in Italy. The listing covers the TUONO V4 1100 FACTORY across 6 model years (2021 to 2026). It is the least expensive item in the range.

Key Features

LighTech part number CAP001

No approval paperwork is supplied — see the note below

26 g

Listed for the Aprilia TUONO V4 1100 FACTORY

Required to assemble a LighTech 400-series bar on the TUONO V4 1100 FACTORY

Anodised aluminium

Fitment and Compatibility

This listing covers the Aprilia TUONO V4 1100 FACTORY, 2021 to 2026. They close LighTech balancers and LighTech spools; other makes are not covered. Ask before ordering if anything is unclear — it is quickly answered.

Materials and Build

The anodised layer is part of the metal, not a coating on top of it. At 26 g it adds very little to the TUONO V4 1100 FACTORY. Production is in Italy, as it is for the whole LighTech range.

Why the Caps Matter

The visible end of a fitting is the part people look at. LighTech marks the CAP001 with its logo and with Made in Italy. A stock item, no waiting time.

Mounting It

No tools beyond a hex key are needed for the CAP001. Tighten evenly rather than one screw at a time. Check it again after the first ride.

What You Get

LighTech ships the CAP001 as a pair, not singly. Caps only — the parts they finish are ordered separately.

What You Get

LighTech supplies the CAP001 as a pair, 26 g, not singly. That is enough for both ends of one fitting on the TUONO V4 1100 FACTORY. A LighTech 400-series bar on the TUONO V4 1100 FACTORY cannot be assembled without them.

Approval and Road Use

LighTech supplies no type-approval document with the CAP001. An added part on the TUONO V4 1100 FACTORY can come up at a technical inspection. We would rather you asked first than discovered it at the next inspection.

Specifications

Brand: LighTech

Part number: CAP001

Type: Cap set for balancers and spools

Material: Anodised aluminium

Marking: LighTech logo, Made in Italy

Supplied as: Pair

Use: Handlebar balancers and swing arm spools

Colours: 4 — Black, Gold, Orange, Silver

Origin: Made in Italy

Weight: 26 g

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/v_CAP001NER_b96577_b57a04c6-71c9-4532-aaba-922be228c9b8.png?v=1791892705
https://inter-pace.com/products/lightech-caps-for-balancers-and-spools-aprilia-tuono-v4-1100-factory-2021-2026-cap001
