LighTech's ECPDU007 covers the electrical cover of the STREETFIGHTER V4S in billet aluminium, 165 g. LighTech states it is suitable for road use. Installation is plug and play — the screw kit is in the box and nothing on the STREETFIGHTER V4S is modified.

Key Features

Listed for the Ducati STREETFIGHTER V4S

A stock LighTech item, not a special order

Keeps the original engine casing intact in a slide on the left side

LighTech states it is suitable for road use

Compact design that follows the engine line

LighTech part number ECPDU007

Why Case Protection

The repair bill after a slide is written by the cases, not the bodywork. LighTech states the ECPDU007 is suitable for road use. The original case stays where it is; this goes over it.

What Is Included

No separate hardware order is needed for the ECPDU007. Installation is reversible at any time. Note the reference — a repeat order for the same STREETFIGHTER V4S is then unambiguous.

Materials and Build

Cut from solid stock, which is what gives it its impact resistance. At 165 g it adds very little to the STREETFIGHTER V4S. Made in Italy throughout.

Scope of Delivery

The ECPDU007 is supplied individually. No separate hardware order is required.

What It Fits

Fitment is the STREETFIGHTER V4S across 2024 to 2026. Check that the STREETFIGHTER V4S is in standard condition — other add-ons can occupy the same space. If in doubt, compare with the part on the bike rather than with the catalogue line.

Mounting It

Fitting the ECPDU007 does not open the engine of the STREETFIGHTER V4S. Tighten evenly rather than one screw at a time. Check it again after the first ride.

What the Paperwork Says

Nothing in the ECPDU007 box constitutes a type approval. LighTech does call this cover suitable for road use — the manufacturer's wording, not an approval. On a track-only machine the question does not arise; on a registered STREETFIGHTER V4S it might.

Technical Data

Brand: LighTech

Part number: ECPDU007

Type: Billet aluminium electrical cover

Material: Aluminium, machined from solid

Finish: Black, laser-etched logo

Protects: electrical cover, left side

Installation: Plug and play, screw kit included

Finish: Black

Origin: Made in Italy

Weight: 165 g

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/v_ECPDU007NER_5a8164_5400ca16-86de-4273-9a76-9daaf7aaf18c.png?v=1791892392
https://inter-pace.com/products/lightech-billet-electrical-cover-left-side-ducati-streetfighter-v4s-2024-2026-ecpdu007
