LighTech's ISS114LA covers the clutch side of the ZX-10 R in machined aluminium at 148 mm guard length. Colour choice runs to 8 options and changes nothing about the fit on the ZX-10 R. The listing covers the ZX-10 R across 16 model years (2011 to 2026).

Key Features

Listed for the ZX-10 R specifically rather than as a universal fit

Original ZX-10 R controls stay exactly where they are

Bush colour is the only choice to make on the ISS114LA

Bar-end weights come off the ZX-10 R; nothing else does

Colour changes the look of the ZX-10 R, not the fit

Sold individually — a ZX-10 R needs one per side for full cover

The Case for a Machined Guard

A guard that flexes away on contact has not protected anything on the ZX-10 R. The ISS114LA is machined from solid aluminium and anodised at the end that touches down. On the ZX-10 R the extra grams buy a guard that does not give.

Compatibility and Installation

Fitment is the Kawasaki ZX-10 R across 2011 to 2026. The guard mounts to the bar end of the ZX-10 R via the matching LighTech adapter.

Installation

Allow a quarter of an hour per side on the ZX-10 R the first time. With the adapter in place the guard bolts on and is set for angle before final tightening. If the ZX-10 R runs aftermarket bars, confirm the bore before ordering.

Scope of Delivery

The ISS114LA comes as a single side; order twice for the whole handlebar. Bushes are part of the guard; the adapter for the ZX-10 R is the value chosen under “Adapter”. Packaging carries the reference, so a second order for the ZX-10 R is unambiguous.

Before You Order

The ISS114LA needs one more item before it can go on the ZX-10 R. The adapter is what carries the guard, so it is chosen by the bar, not by the guard. On the ZX-10 R the guard goes on with KPL304, which comes with it as long as the “Adapter” option keeps its preselected value. Riders who keep their KPL304 and only renew the ISS114LA on the ZX-10 R choose “Without Adapter”.

Road Approval and Regulations

Regulations cover the brake side; the clutch side is the rider's decision. LighTech supplies no type approval with the ISS114LA, and we claim none. Track and paddock use raise no question.

Specifications

Brand: LighTech

Part number: ISS114LA

Type: Aluminium clutch lever guard

Material: Machined aluminium

Guard end: Anodised

Guard length: 148 mm

Bush colours: 8 — Black, Blue, Gold, Green, Grey, Orange, Red, Silver

Weight: 160 g

Supplied as: Single item

Fitment: Kawasaki ZX-10 R (2011 to 2026)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/v_ISS114LANER_aeee3874-05b5-4808-b838-52d78363c38a.png?v=1791203434
https://inter-pace.com/products/lightech-aluminium-clutch-lever-guard-148-mm-kawasaki-zx-10-r-2011-2026-iss114la
