That is the ISS114LA: machined aluminium across 148 mm guard length on the left lever of the Z900 SE. The bushes are offered in 8 finishes — the full list is in the specifications below. It is the cheapest safety part you can bolt to a Z900 SE.

Key Features

Covers the Z900 SE across the listed year (2026)

It costs less than the lever it protects on a Z900 SE

The anodised end is the wear part and is renewed on its own

LighTech's own geometry, not a generic bar-end part

Original Z900 SE controls stay exactly where they are

8 bush finishes for the Z900 SE: Black, Blue, Gold, Green, Grey, Orange, Red, Silver

Fitting It to the Bike

The ISS114LA mounts at the bar end of the Z900 SE; the controls stay where they are. With the adapter in place the guard bolts on and is set for angle before final tightening. The original controls of the Z900 SE stay in place throughout.

Why Aluminium

There is a reason aluminium guards outlived most of their plastic contemporaries. The ISS114LA spans 148 mm guard length in front of the clutch lever of the Z900 SE. On the Z900 SE the extra grams buy a guard that does not give.

Compatibility and Installation

Fitment is the Kawasaki Z900 SE across 2026. Fitting needs the correct adapter for the Z900 SE — see the note below.

Scope of Delivery

The ISS114LA comes as a single side; order twice for the whole handlebar. Bushes are part of the guard; the adapter for the Z900 SE is the value chosen under “Adapter”. LighTech keeps the ISS114LA in its spare-parts programme rather than treating it as disposable.

Choosing the Adapter

There is a second part number involved in fitting the ISS114LA. It mounts to the Z900 SE through a bar-specific adapter, because handlebar internal diameters differ between models. The matching adapter is KPL304; it is the preselected value of the “Adapter” option, because the guard alone is not a complete installation. Owners of a spare KPL304 can pick “Without Adapter” instead.

Regulations and Road Use

Regulations cover the brake side; the clutch side is the rider's decision. No approval document comes with the ISS114LA. On a road-registered Z900 SE the fitted position is a matter for your inspection body.

Technical Data

Brand: LighTech

Part number: ISS114LA

Type: Aluminium clutch lever guard

Material: Machined aluminium

Guard end: Anodised

Guard length: 148 mm

Bush colours: 8 — Black, Blue, Gold, Green, Grey, Orange, Red, Silver

Weight: 160 g

Supplied as: Single item

Fitment: Kawasaki Z900 SE (2026)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/v_ISS114LANER_4b5f2c02-aa9f-4115-9291-5ecd85cef703.png?v=1791203427
https://inter-pace.com/products/lightech-aluminium-clutch-lever-guard-148-mm-kawasaki-z900-se-2026-iss114la
