The ISS114LA is the aluminium clutch guard for the RSV4 1100: anodised at the tip, 160 g fitted. 8 colour options are available, none of which affect fitment on the RSV4 1100. It costs a fraction of the lever it protects on the RSV4 1100.

Key Features

Covers the RSV4 1100 across 6 model years (2021 to 2026)

The ISS114LA is a stock item, not a special order

Bar-end weights come off the RSV4 1100; nothing else does

Aluminium throughout, no plastic in the load path

Cut from solid rather than cast, which keeps the mating faces true

Sold individually — an RSV4 1100 needs one per side for full cover

Why Aluminium

Stiffness matters at the bar end of an RSV4 1100 more than absolute strength does. The ISS114LA spans 148 mm guard length in front of the clutch lever of the RSV4 1100. Nothing in the load path of the ISS114LA is plastic.

What Is in the Box

The package holds the guard, its bushes and the fasteners. The bar adapter is packed with the ISS114LA whenever a “With Adapter” value is ordered. Worn parts are renewed individually, which is the point of the system.

Fitment

This listing covers the Aprilia RSV4 1100, 2021 to 2026. Bar-end weights have to come off the RSV4 1100 before the guard goes on.

Fitting It to the Bike

Installation on the RSV4 1100 starts with removing the bar-end weight. Leave the final torque until the angle is right; the guard should sit parallel to the lever. The original controls of the RSV4 1100 stay in place throughout.

The Adapter Option

One thing to settle before ordering the ISS114LA: the adapter. Which adapter the RSV4 1100 needs depends on the internal diameter of its bar tube. Leave the “Adapter” option on “With Adapter KPL303” — that is the adapter for the RSV4 1100, ordered in the same step. “Without Adapter” is only for riders who already have KPL303 on the bar.

Road Approval and Regulations

No series we know of requires a clutch lever guard on an RSV4 1100. LighTech supplies no type approval with the ISS114LA, and we claim none. For road use, clarify it before fitting if the RSV4 1100 is registered.

Specifications

Brand: LighTech

Part number: ISS114LA

Type: Aluminium clutch lever guard

Material: Machined aluminium

Guard end: Anodised

Guard length: 148 mm

Bush colours: 8 — Black, Blue, Gold, Green, Grey, Orange, Red, Silver

Weight: 160 g

Supplied as: Single item

Fitment: Aprilia RSV4 1100 (2021 to 2026)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/v_ISS114LANER_8d8c0e5c-f595-4868-92d0-dd06c07c30cd.png?v=1791203143
https://inter-pace.com/products/lightech-aluminium-clutch-lever-guard-148-mm-aprilia-rsv4-1100-2021-2026-iss114la
