That is the ISS114LA: machined aluminium across 148 mm guard length on the left lever of the RS 660. 8 colour options are available, none of which affect fitment on the RS 660. Sold individually, so a RS 660 needs one per side if you want both covered.

Key Features

LighTech's own geometry, not a generic bar-end part

Bush colour is the only choice to make on the ISS114LA

Covers the RS 660 across 7 model years (2020 to 2026)

8 bush colours, all at the same price

Listed for the RS 660 specifically rather than as a universal fit

Made in Italy

In the Workshop

No special tool is involved in fitting the ISS114LA to the RS 660. Set the guard angle on the RS 660 so it clears the fairing at full lock, then tighten. Mirrors and bar-end weights have to come off the RS 660 first.

The Case for a Machined Guard

The clutch lever of an RS 660 is unprotected from the factory. The ISS114LA is machined from solid aluminium and anodised at the end that touches down. The anodised end is a wear part and is renewed on its own.

Compatibility and Installation

This listing covers the Aprilia RS 660, 2020 to 2026. Bar-end weights have to come off the RS 660 before the guard goes on.

Scope of Delivery

The ISS114LA is supplied as one guard for one side of the RS 660. A matched pair on the RS 660 means two guards and two adapters. If the RS 660 needs a replacement later, nothing else has to come off.

Choosing the Adapter

LighTech makes the guard and its mount as two parts; here they come in one order. The adapter is what carries the guard, so it is chosen by the bar, not by the guard. Leave the “Adapter” option on “With Adapter KPL331” — that is the adapter for the RS 660, ordered in the same step. Only where KPL331 is already fitted does “Without Adapter” make sense on the RS 660.

Approval and Track Rules

Clutch lever guards are rarely mandated, which does not make them pointless. No approval document comes with the ISS114LA. On a road-registered RS 660 the fitted position is a matter for your inspection body.

Technical Data

Brand: LighTech

Part number: ISS114LA

Type: Aluminium clutch lever guard

Material: Machined aluminium

Guard end: Anodised

Guard length: 148 mm

Bush colours: 8 — Black, Blue, Gold, Green, Grey, Orange, Red, Silver

Weight: 160 g

Supplied as: Single item

Fitment: Aprilia RS 660 (2020 to 2026)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/v_ISS114LANER_27b8decd-5b96-4a88-8b65-6b24a00c3023.png?v=1791203125
https://inter-pace.com/products/lightech-aluminium-clutch-lever-guard-148-mm-aprilia-rs-660-2020-2026-iss114la
