The LighTech ISS119LA is a machined aluminium clutch lever guard with an anodised end, 132 mm guard length. The guard body is fixed; only the bushes vary, in 8 colours. The listing covers the GSX-8S across 4 model years (2023 to 2026).

Key Features

Original GSX-8S controls stay exactly where they are

Protects the clutch lever of the GSX-8S from contact and from a tip-over

Sold individually — a GSX-8S needs one per side for full cover

132 mm guard length, measured from the bar end to the centre of the guard tip

No drilling and no cutting on the GSX-8S

160 g on the bar of the GSX-8S

Compatibility and Installation

Catalogued by LighTech for the GSX-8S and nothing else in this listing. Machining lets LighTech hold the 132 mm guard length dimension that the GSX-8S bar needs. On the GSX-8S the extra grams buy a guard that does not give.

Fitting

Installation on the GSX-8S starts with removing the bar-end weight. Set the guard angle on the GSX-8S so it clears the fairing at full lock, then tighten. The original controls of the GSX-8S stay in place throughout.

What You Get

The package holds the guard, its bushes and the fasteners. A matched pair on the GSX-8S means two guards and two adapters. The ISS119LA number is the only thing to quote for a repeat order.

The Adapter Option

One thing to settle before ordering the ISS119LA: the adapter. The mount screws into the GSX-8S bar from the inside, which is why the bore matters. The matching adapter is KPL335; it is the preselected value of the “Adapter” option, because the guard alone is not a complete installation. If KPL335 is already in the bar of your GSX-8S, “Without Adapter” saves buying it twice.

Road Approval and Regulations

Regulations cover the brake side; the clutch side is the rider's decision. The ISS119LA is sold without approval paperwork. On a road-registered GSX-8S the fitted position is a matter for your inspection body.

Specifications

Brand: LighTech

Part number: ISS119LA

Type: Aluminium clutch lever guard

Material: Machined aluminium

Guard end: Anodised

Guard length: 132 mm

Bush colours: 8 — Black, Blue, Gold, Green, Grey, Orange, Red, Silver

Weight: 160 g

Supplied as: Single item

Fitment: Suzuki GSX-8S (2023 to 2026)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/v_ISS114LANER_3b4a60c3-fdb0-40e8-af5f-f79a7181c951.png?v=1791202240
https://inter-pace.com/products/lightech-aluminium-clutch-lever-guard-132-mm-suzuki-gsx-8s-2023-2026-iss119la
