That is the ISS119LA: machined aluminium across 132 mm guard length on the left lever of the ZX-25R. The bushes are offered in 8 finishes — the full list is in the specifications below. It is the cheapest safety part you can bolt to a ZX-25R.

Key Features

LighTech part number ISS119LA, catalogued for the Kawasaki ZX-25R

Made in Italy

LighTech's own geometry, not a generic bar-end part

Machined aluminium body with an anodised guard end

Original ZX-25R controls stay exactly where they are

The anodised end is the wear part and is renewed on its own

Compatibility and Installation

Fitment is the Kawasaki ZX-25R across 2023 to 2026. Bar-end weights have to come off the ZX-25R before the guard goes on.

Installation

Fitting the ISS119LA to a ZX-25R is a bar-end job with hand tools. Leave the final torque until the angle is right; the guard should sit parallel to the lever. The original controls of the ZX-25R stay in place throughout.

The Case for a Machined Guard

There is a reason aluminium guards outlived most of their plastic contemporaries. Machining lets LighTech hold the 132 mm guard length dimension that the ZX-25R bar needs. The anodised end is a wear part and is renewed on its own.

The Adapter Option

One thing to settle before ordering the ISS119LA: the adapter. The ZX-25R handlebar has its own bore, and the adapter has to match it exactly. For the ZX-25R that is KPL304, and it is already selected under the option “Adapter”, so guard and adapter arrive together. Pick “Without Adapter” only if the ZX-25R already carries KPL304.

Scope of Delivery

LighTech sells the ISS119LA individually, not as a left-and-right set. The bar adapter is packed with the ISS119LA whenever a “With Adapter” value is ordered. Packaging carries the reference, so a second order for the ZX-25R is unambiguous.

Regulations and Road Use

No series we know of requires a clutch lever guard on a ZX-25R. No approval document comes with the ISS119LA. On a road-registered ZX-25R the fitted position is a matter for your inspection body.

Specifications

Brand: LighTech

Part number: ISS119LA

Type: Aluminium clutch lever guard

Material: Machined aluminium

Guard end: Anodised

Guard length: 132 mm

Bush colours: 8 — Black, Blue, Gold, Green, Grey, Orange, Red, Silver

Weight: 160 g

Supplied as: Single item

Fitment: Kawasaki ZX-25R (2023 to 2026)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/v_ISS114LANER_2f2cbfc8-f751-4c4c-8cd7-647bcf9b69a2.png?v=1791201273
https://inter-pace.com/products/lightech-aluminium-clutch-lever-guard-132-mm-kawasaki-zx-25r-2023-2026-iss119la
