The LighTech ISS119LA is a machined aluminium clutch lever guard with an anodised end, 132 mm guard length. LighTech makes the bushes in 8 finishes for this guard. The 755 cc CB750 HORNET takes it on the standard bar with the matching adapter.

Key Features

It costs less than the lever it protects on a CB750 HORNET

Protects the clutch lever of the CB750 HORNET from contact and from a tip-over

Mounts at the bar end, where the CB750 HORNET has the clearance for it

LighTech part number ISS119LA, catalogued for the Honda CB750 HORNET

Original CB750 HORNET controls stay exactly where they are

Listed for the CB750 HORNET specifically rather than as a universal fit

The Case for a Machined Guard

A guard that flexes away on contact has not protected anything on the CB750 HORNET. The ISS119LA is machined from solid aluminium and anodised at the end that touches down. On the CB750 HORNET the extra grams buy a guard that does not give.

Fitting It to the Bike

Fitting the ISS119LA to a CB750 HORNET is a bar-end job with hand tools. Leave the final torque until the angle is right; the guard should sit parallel to the lever. Mirrors and bar-end weights have to come off the CB750 HORNET first.

Fitment

Fitment is the Honda CB750 HORNET across 2023 to 2026. No part of the CB750 HORNET is drilled or cut; the guard mounts at the bar end.

Choosing the Adapter

At LighTech the guard and the adapter are two part numbers; on this page they are one choice. The mount screws into the CB750 HORNET bar from the inside, which is why the bore matters. On the CB750 HORNET the guard goes on with KPL329, which comes with it as long as the “Adapter” option keeps its preselected value. Owners of a spare KPL329 can pick “Without Adapter” instead.

What You Get

LighTech sells the ISS119LA individually, not as a left-and-right set. With the preselected “Adapter” value, the adapter for the CB750 HORNET arrives in the same delivery as the ISS119LA. LighTech keeps the ISS119LA in its spare-parts programme rather than treating it as disposable.

Road Approval and Regulations

No series we know of requires a clutch lever guard on a CB750 HORNET. No approval document comes with the ISS119LA. Track and paddock use raise no question.

Technical Data

Brand: LighTech

Part number: ISS119LA

Type: Aluminium clutch lever guard

Material: Machined aluminium

Guard end: Anodised

Guard length: 132 mm

Bush colours: 8 — Black, Blue, Gold, Green, Grey, Orange, Red, Silver

Weight: 160 g

Supplied as: Single item

Fitment: Honda CB750 HORNET (2023 to 2026)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/v_ISS114LANER_c4e84722-08e1-4891-978a-656d57b0af81.png?v=1791201215
https://inter-pace.com/products/lightech-aluminium-clutch-lever-guard-132-mm-honda-cb750-hornet-2023-2026-iss119la
