LighTech cuts the ISS119LA from solid and anodises the end that meets the road. Bush colour is a choice of 8 on the TUONO V4 1100; see the specifications for the range. On a 1077 cc machine like the TUONO V4 1100 it is the least expensive insurance available.

Key Features

Anodised rather than painted, so a scuff does not show raw metal on the TUONO V4 1100

LighTech's own geometry, not a generic bar-end part

Sold individually — a TUONO V4 1100 needs one per side for full cover

The ISS119LA is a stock item, not a special order

Bush colour is the only choice to make on the ISS119LA

Cut from solid rather than cast, which keeps the mating faces true

The Case for a Machined Guard

A machined guard on a TUONO V4 1100 buys stiffness a moulded part cannot. The ISS119LA spans 132 mm guard length in front of the clutch lever of the TUONO V4 1100. At 160 g it is heavier than the polymer version and stiffer for it.

Installation

Allow a quarter of an hour per side on the TUONO V4 1100 the first time. Leave the final torque until the angle is right; the guard should sit parallel to the lever. Mirrors and bar-end weights have to come off the TUONO V4 1100 first.

Fitment and Compatibility

LighTech's fitment for the ISS119LA is the TUONO V4 1100 (2021 to 2026). No part of the TUONO V4 1100 is drilled or cut; the guard mounts at the bar end.

The Adapter Option

One thing to settle before ordering the ISS119LA: the adapter. Every motorcycle takes the adapter matched to its own handlebar bore, and the TUONO V4 1100 is no exception. Depending on the model year, the TUONO V4 1100 takes KPL313 (2021-2026) or KPL340 (2026). The “Adapter” option lists them all, with “With Adapter KPL313 (2021-2026)” selected first; set it to the span that includes your model year. Pick “Without Adapter” only if the TUONO V4 1100 already carries its adapter.

Scope of Delivery

LighTech sells the ISS119LA individually, not as a left-and-right set. The bar adapter is packed with the ISS119LA whenever a “With Adapter” value is ordered. The ISS119LA number is the only thing to quote for a repeat order.

Regulations and Road Use

No series we know of requires a clutch lever guard on a TUONO V4 1100. The ISS119LA is sold without approval paperwork. On a road-registered TUONO V4 1100 the fitted position is a matter for your inspection
