The ISS119LA puts 132 mm guard length of aluminium between the RS 660 clutch lever and whatever reaches it. 8 bush finishes exist for the ISS119LA, all at the same price. The 659 cc RS 660 takes it on the standard bar with the matching adapter.

Key Features

Supplied with the instructions the RS 660 fitting needs

8 bush finishes for the RS 660: Black, Blue, Gold, Green, Grey, Orange, Red, Silver

8 bush colours, all at the same price

Made in Italy

Machined aluminium body with an anodised guard end

Mounts at the bar end, where the RS 660 has the clearance for it

Why Aluminium

Aluminium is the traditional answer to lever protection, and it still works. LighTech cuts the ISS119LA rather than casting it, which keeps the mating faces true. At 160 g it is heavier than the polymer version and stiffer for it.

Scope of Delivery

The ISS119LA comes as a single side; order twice for the whole handlebar. With the preselected “Adapter” value, the adapter for the RS 660 arrives in the same delivery as the ISS119LA. LighTech keeps the ISS119LA in its spare-parts programme rather than treating it as disposable.

Compatibility and Installation

This listing covers the Aprilia RS 660, 2020 to 2026. Bar-end weights have to come off the RS 660 before the guard goes on.

Fitting It to the Bike

No special tool is involved in fitting the ISS119LA to the RS 660. With the adapter in place the guard bolts on and is set for angle before final tightening. Instructions are in the box; the RS 660 needs no modification.

Before You Order

The ISS119LA needs an adapter before it can go on the RS 660, and this page takes care of it. Which adapter the RS 660 needs depends on the internal diameter of its bar tube. For this bike the adapter is KPL331, preselected as “With Adapter KPL331” in the option above. Already running KPL331? Then “Without Adapter” is the value for you.

Regulations and Road Use

Clutch lever guards are rarely mandated, which does not make them pointless. No approval document comes with the ISS119LA. On a road-registered RS 660 the fitted position is a matter for your inspection body.

Technical Data

Brand: LighTech

Part number: ISS119LA

Type: Aluminium clutch lever guard

Material: Machined aluminium

Guard end: Anodised

Guard length: 132 mm

Bush colours: 8 — Black, Blue, Gold, Green, Grey, Orange, Red, Silver

Weight: 160 g

Supplied as: Single item

Fitment: Aprilia RS 660 (2020 to 2026)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/v_ISS114LANER_dd8c3b27-8693-43d7-8613-6525af84df81.png?v=1791201073
https://inter-pace.com/products/lightech-aluminium-clutch-lever-guard-132-mm-aprilia-rs-660-2020-2026-iss119la
