leatt-chest-protector-3-5-pro-white
Leatt Chest Protector 3.5 Pro – Unisex – White

In white, the Leatt Chest Protector 3.5 Pro combines a clean, bright appearance with the shoulder coverage that separates it from the standard 3.5. Hard shell and 3DF AirFit foam work together at the chest and back, which are CE certified to Level 1, and the shoulder sections extend the protected area towards the arms.

The white 3.5 Pro is offered in S-XL, a size Leatt specifies for riders between 70 and 90 kg, and its weight starts at 1.0 kg.

Key Features

Chest certified to EN 1621-3 Level 1, back to EN 1621-2 Level 1

Shoulder coverage integrated into the protector

Hybrid of hard shell and soft 3DF AirFit impact foam

Slimmer BraceOn system, removable front and rear plates

Ventilation slots for warm-weather riding

Weight from 1.0 kg, size S-XL for 70–90 kg

Leatt score of 10 points, FFM certified according to Leatt

Shoulder Cover in a Light Package

The main reason to choose the 3.5 Pro over the 3.5 is the integrated shoulder coverage. Leatt keeps the build light, starting at 1.0 kg, and positions the white 3.5 Pro as upper-body protection for riders who want more coverage without moving to the heavier hard-shell Evo models.

How It Is Rated

Leatt's CE line for the 3.5 Pro lists EN 1621-3 Level 1 for the chest and EN 1621-2 Level 1 for the back. The brand adds FFM certification from the French Motorcycle Federation and a total protection score of 10 points, both manufacturer statements.

Materials

A hard shell protects the outer surface, and 3DF AirFit soft impact foam sits behind it. For the white version, Leatt's materials data gives 50% high-density polyethylene, 35% EVA and 3DF AirFit impact foam, 10% polyester for straps and mesh and 5% other materials.

Keeping Cool

Ventilation slots are placed through the protector to ensure airflow, and the white surface reflects more sunlight than a dark one.

Neck Brace Compatibility

The 3.5 Pro uses Leatt's new, slimmer BraceOn fitment system, and both plates can be taken out. This lets you match the protector to a Leatt neck brace or ride without one.

Documents and Packaging

Leatt publishes a user manual, an EU type certificate and a declaration of conformity for the 3.5 Pro, which is also the best place to check the exact certification details. The protector comes in plastic-free packaging.

Where It Fits

In Leatt's line-up the 3.5 Pro sits between the 3.5 (7 points) and the Level 2 models of the 4.5 family (12 points and above). For enduro and trail riders who want some shoulder cover without the weight of a full hard-shell Evo, the white 3.5 Pro is a light compromise.

What you should know

The white 3.5 Pro is only available in S-XL; XXL is offered in black. Leatt describes Level 1 protection for chest, back and shoulders in its summary, yet the CE details list standards for the chest and back only, so please contact us if you need confirmation of the shoulder certification. White shows dirt quickly.

Colour

The white finish makes the 3.5 Pro stand out over a jersey and suits bright race kits. It needs a wipe after muddy rides to stay clean, but it tends to stay cooler under direct sun than black.

Specifications

Model

Chest Protector 3.5 Pro

Fit

Unisex

Protection zones

Chest, back and shoulders

CE certification

Chest EN 1621-3 Level 1, back EN 1621-2 Level 1

Construction

Hard shell with 3DF AirFit soft impact foam

Material

50% HDPE, 35% EVA / 3DF AirFit foam, 10% polyester, 5% other

Weight

From 1.0 kg

Sizes

S-XL (70–90 kg)

Neck brace

Slimmer BraceOn system, removable front and rear plates

Leatt protection score

10 points (manufacturer rating)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/leatt-chest-protector-3-5-pro-white__1.png?v=1793445159
