How to measure your helmet size correctly: To find the right helmet size, measure your head circumference with a flexible tape measure.
It is important that the tape measure runs around the widest part of the head – only then will you get a correct result.
Place the tape measure at the front, about 1–2 cm above the eyebrows, and run it along the sides above the ears.
At the back, the tape must run over the largest part of the back of the head (not too low on the neck). The tape may run slightly at an angle – what matters is that it sits all the way around the largest points of the head.
Make sure the tape measure sits snugly but does not dig in. Measure 2–3 times for the most accurate result. You can then compare the measured value in centimetres (cm) with our size chart.
Tips for an accurate result
- Keep hair flat (e.g. do not measure over a voluminous hairstyle)
- Keep the tape horizontal, i.e. along the largest circumference
- Do not measure too loosely
- For values between two sizes:
→ usually choose the larger size (depending on helmet model / fit)
Important note on fit
The right helmet should fit firmly without causing uncomfortable pressure points.
A new helmet may feel a little tighter at first, as the inner lining adapts slightly over time.

The KYT TT-Revo in the Speeding Black, Red and Blue graphic is built from an ADT-Advanced Thermoplastic shell that keeps weight around 1,500 g whilst delivering the kind of rigidity and impact resistance you would expect from a dedicated track-bred design. Sharp Speeding lines sweep across the shell in a three-colour combination that reads as fast standing still — a genuine daily helmet that refuses to look ordinary.

ADT-Advanced Thermoplastic Shell
KYT developed the ADT shell specifically to balance strength, weight and rider comfort across extended journeys. The compound offers high impact resistance while keeping the helmet at approximately 1,500 g ± 50 g in size S — light enough to reduce neck fatigue on longer rides without compromising protection. Three separate shell sizes across the XS-to-XXL range mean the EPS liner fits each head circumference group correctly, rather than relying on padding to compensate for poor shell-to-head geometry.
Visor System
The scratch-resistant polycarbonate visor is secured by KYT's Visor-Lock mechanism, which eliminates unwanted lift at speed and provides a firm, rattle-free seal against the shell. When a visor swap is needed, the tool-free quick-release system handles the job in seconds. Pinlock MaxVision 70 pins are integrated into the visor frame, ready to accept the anti-fog insert, and the visor is also tear-off compatible for circuit use.
Interior Comfort and Liner
The TT-Revo's inner lining uses a bi-elastic, breathable textile that wicks perspiration effectively and moulds naturally to the rider's head contours. Cheek pads are removable independently, the full lining system comes out for machine washing, and the shell geometry accommodates glasses wearers without pressure points at the temples. Speaker pockets and cable channels are pre-cut for a universal intercom unit, making the helmet conditionally Bluetooth compatible out of the box.
Ventilation
Five intake vents across the chin bar and crown channel air through internal EPS ducting and exhaust it via four ports beneath the rear spoiler. The circuit is wind-tunnel optimised to maintain consistent airflow at road speeds, keeping the rider's head cool on summer commutes and extended touring stages alike.

The KYT TT-Revo Y6TR0053 is approved for road use under ECE 22.06 and is suited to street riding, everyday commuting and beginner/A1-category (125 cc) use. It is available in sizes XS through XXL.
