Setup & Installation
Matching springs from the K-Tech 36-260 series must be ordered separately to complete the front suspension build. K-Tech strongly recommends installation by an authorised K-Tech Service Centre to ensure correct assembly, bleeding and baseline adjustment — a requirement that protects both the investment and the rider. The suggested starting clicks (compression 14, rebound 18, preload 8 mm) are validated for the YZF-R1 platform and form a solid baseline for further track-day refinement.
