Engineering & Build Quality

JetPrime designed these funnels specifically around the intake geometry of the Aprilia RS 660, shaping each trumpet to guide incoming air with minimal disruption through the throttle body opening phase. The geometry actively increases intake resistance in a controlled manner, a well-proven racing technique that enhances low-speed cylinder fill without sacrificing top-end breathing. Every funnel is CNC-machined from Ergal 7075-T6, a high-grade aluminium alloy used throughout motorsport for its exceptional rigidity and resistance to fatigue. Track Use & Installation

Installation is straightforward: the funnels seat directly into the existing airbox positions on the RS 660, requiring no drilling, cutting or specialist tools. Once fitted they are invisible behind the fairing, adding function with no visual compromise. Their plug-and-play nature means swapping back to standard configuration between events takes only minutes.
