Track-Proven Engineering

The FTRDU014 represents the outcome of a close engineering partnership with professional race teams across the premier classes of motorcycle racing. The decision to use oversized bearings at every pivot point is a direct carry-over from that environment: under the sustained heat and vibration of a full race weekend, standard-size bearings introduce play that corrupts feedback. LighTech's solution eliminates that variable entirely.

The CNC-machining process ensures tolerances that casting or forging cannot achieve at this scale. Each rearset assembly is machined from billet high-tensile aluminium, producing a part that is both rigid under load and resistant to the kind of impact damage a trackday or race fall inevitably involves.

The LighTech FTRDU014 rearset system is designed and certified exclusively for closed-circuit track use. It is not TÜV-approved and is not homologated for use on public roads. Fitting these rearsets renders the motorcycle unsuitable for road registration purposes.
