Born on the pit wall of the Pramac Racing squad and proven across MotoGP and WorldSBK circuits, the CNC Racing GP Air Ducts Evo brings genuine prototype-level brake caliper cooling to the Ducati Panigale 1299/S. Autoclave-cured plain-weave carbon with Kevlar reinforcement and anodised CNC-machined aluminium brackets — this is the aesthetic and thermal upgrade the 1299 deserves, whether you are setting lap times or carving fast mountain roads.

Key Features

  • Co-developed with the Pramac Racing team — the same cooling philosophy trusted in MotoGP and WorldSBK competition
  • Autoclave-manufactured plain carbon/Kevlar ducts deliver significant temperature reduction at the front brake calipers, keeping brake pad and fluid temperatures stable under sustained hard braking
  • Ultra-light, CNC-machined anodised aluminium brackets add minimal weight while ensuring a precise, rattle-free mount
  • Complete plug-and-play fitment — no drilling, no modifications, no specialist tools required
  • Exposed plain-weave carbon finish available in gloss or matte creates an unmistakable racing aesthetic at the front axle
  • Low aerodynamic drag profile channels maximum airflow with minimal disruption to the fairing's intended aerodynamics

Heritage and Construction

The GP Air Ducts Evo lineage starts in the paddock, not a catalogue. CNC Racing worked directly alongside the Pramac Racing technical staff to develop a duct geometry that delivers measurable cooling performance rather than a cosmetic impression of it. The channels are laid up in plain-weave carbon with an integrated Kevlar core and cured under pressure in an autoclave, the same process used for high-specification racing bodywork. The result is a component that is dimensionally stable under the radiant heat generated by carbon-ceramic or sintered brake pads pushed hard through repeated braking zones.

The anodised aluminium brackets are machined from solid billet, keeping mass to an absolute minimum while providing the rigidity needed to hold the duct outlets in the precise orientation required for effective airflow. The Pramac Racing livery detailing ties the finished installation directly to its motorsport origins and makes the duct unmistakable in the paddock or at the kerb.

Road and Track Performance

On the road the GP Air Ducts Evo addresses a real-world problem for 1299 owners who ride hard in warm conditions: brake fade caused by overheated caliper bodies and brake fluid approaching boiling point. By directing a concentrated stream of cool air at the caliper, the system reduces the risk of vapour lock and brake-pad glazing, restoring the firm, consistent lever feel that the Panigale's Brembo calipers are capable of at their best. On track, where braking zones are harder and longer and ambient temperatures around caliper-level bodywork can be extreme, the thermal benefit is even more pronounced — stable braking lap after lap, with no need to baby the system into the pits.

Fitment and Compatibility

Designed exclusively for the Ducati Panigale 1299 and 1299S produced between 2015 and 2018. The plug-and-play mounting system requires no permanent modifications to the motorcycle, making it equally suitable for bikes that see road and track use. Available in your choice of gloss or matte carbon finish, combined with black or red anodised aluminium brackets.
