The Rapid Tek range represents BST's core performance wheel — a design developed alongside professional racing teams and refined through real-world circuit use. The pre-preg carbon fibre rim is laid up under precise temperature and pressure conditions to achieve a consistent, void-free structure that withstands the extreme stresses of high-speed braking and aggressive corner entry. The 6082 T6 aluminium hub is CNC-machined to exacting tolerances, ensuring perfect concentricity and reliable interface with the ZX-10 R's front axle and brake disc carriers.

For track day riders and club racers, the reduction in rotating inertia is immediately perceptible: the front end responds more eagerly to steering input, holds its line with greater fidelity through fast chicanes, and returns feedback that the stock wheel simply cannot match. The Rapid Tek front wheel is available in a wide range of finishes to suit individual preferences, including Gloss, Satin-Matte, Forged-Carbon, Solid Blue, Solid Red, Solid Green, Solid Gold, Solid Silver, Solid Orange, and Black Ink. Each finish is applied to the same identical carbon and aluminium structure — the choice is purely aesthetic. Bearing configuration is also selectable, with standard steel bearings or an upgrade to ceramic bearings for reduced friction and extended service life under sustained high-speed use.

The wheel is supplied as standard in the original OEM size. Alternative dimensions are available on request.
