Pre-preg materials are precisely impregnated with resin before layup, ensuring consistent fibre-to-resin ratios throughout the rim structure and eliminating the voids that compromise strength in lesser carbon components. The result is a rim that sustains the punishment of repeated hard braking, kerb strikes and high-speed cornering without deformation or fatigue cracking.

The 6082 T6 aluminium hub is machined to tight tolerances and interfaces directly with the S1000RR K67's M-hub specification.
