The silencer body is available in titanium or black-anodised titanium, paired with a carbon sleeve on GP1R configurations that adds rigidity while shaving additional grams. Header Material

Titanium: ultralight, proven in racing and resistant to the sustained high temperatures of a performance four-cylinder. AR22 (Inconel): the choice for endurance or extreme-performance applications demanding the ultimate in thermal and mechanical resilience.

Silencer Models

GP1R: 60 mm outlet, available in black or titanium finish, with a carbon sleeve body for maximum durability and a purposeful, premium aesthetic. V3: available in 150 mm or 200 mm configurations in black or titanium, offering a deeper, more forceful exhaust note suited to high-output track use.

End-Cap Colours

The GP3 system has been developed and validated on circuit with tested decibel figures. The GP1R without db-killer produces an aggressive, high-volume race tone with no mechanical restriction. The V3 in either 150 mm or 200 mm specification delivers a powerful, full-pressure sound character suited to uncompromising track performance. Both configurations benefit from the de-cat header design, ensuring exhaust gases exit as freely as the engine can produce them.

ECU Tuning Recommendation

To unlock the full performance potential of your BMW S1000RR K67 (2019–2026) with this system fitted, an ECU remap or Power Commander V (PCV) fuelling calibration is strongly recommended. Proper fuelling calibration ensures clean throttle response, optimal power delivery at every point in the rev range, and protection of engine internals under race conditions. A servo eliminator plug is required to prevent electronic fault messages related to the exhaust valve servo — this is a mandatory step for correct system operation.

Fitment and Compatibility
