Built from corrosion-resistant stainless steel and weighing just 0.85 kg, it slots between the stock manifold and any compatible Arrow slip-on silencer, delivering a meaningful step up in throttle response and overall performance for both road use and track days.

Key Features

Lightweight stainless steel construction at just 0.85 kg — reduces unsprung and overall mass for sharper handling

60 mm inlet and outlet diameter for unrestricted flow and consistent fitment

Designed to mate directly with the original header — no manifold swap required

Compatible with Arrow slip-on silencers to form a complete, high-performance exhaust system

Plug-and-play fitment for a quick, straightforward installation

Stainless steel build resists corrosion and withstands sustained high-temperature use

Build Quality and Performance

Arrow engineered the 71674MI specifically for the RSV4 1100 Factory, so the geometry, flange dimensions and connection diameters are a precise match for the bike's existing exhaust layout. The stainless steel construction keeps weight to a minimum while providing the durability needed for repeated track sessions and year-round road riding. Combined with an Arrow slip-on, the system improves exhaust scavenging and throttle response across the rev range — characteristics that are particularly noticeable on the RSV4's high-revving V4.

Track and Road Use

This mid-pipe is classified for race use only. Whether you are preparing a dedicated track machine or building a performance-oriented road bike, it pairs with any suitable Arrow slip-on to create a system that is lighter and more free-flowing than the standard setup. For the best results, a remap of the ECU is recommended after fitting to take full advantage of the improved exhaust flow and throttle response.

Note: this mid-pipe is designed to work exclusively with a compatible Arrow slip-on silencer. It is not intended for use as a standalone component.

Fitment and Compatibility

Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory (2019-2020)

Connects to the original stock header

Requires a compatible Arrow slip-on silencer

Specifications

Brand

Arrow

Part Number

71674MI

Material

Stainless steel

Weight

0.85 kg

Inlet / Outlet Diameter

60 mm

Approval

Race use only

Fitment

Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory (2019-2020)

Compatible Silencer

Arrow slip-on

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/71674KZ_04884eeb-7a72-4999-828b-ba8e1a754c3d.png?v=1780815309
