The 3.9 kg mass reduction is equally significant. Shedding weight from the exhaust system lowers the overall centre of gravity and reduces unsprung mass influence on suspension behaviour, giving the ZX-10R a more responsive, planted feel through fast direction changes.

Construction & Engineering

The header pipes are fabricated from V4A stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to the extreme thermal cycling of sustained track use. The octagonal silencer body is woven carbon fibre, with the internal components — baffle and mounting structures — manufactured in titanium to further minimise weight without sacrificing durability. A carbon end-cap completes the assembly with the kind of finish that belongs at the sharp end of a Superbike grid.

The system includes a lambda connection on the collector, allowing the OEM oxygen sensor to remain in circuit. Note that ECU remapping is required to extract the full performance benefit of this system — a standalone remap or power commander calibration is strongly recommended after installation.

This exhaust carries no road-type approval and is intended exclusively for closed-circuit racing use.
