The Akrapovic Evolution Line (Carbon) is a full titanium race exhaust system engineered for Aprilia RSV4, RSV4 RR and RSV4 1100 Factory riders who demand every last decimal point of performance. Shedding 3.5 kg over the stock system and unlocking an additional 7.1 PS at 13,300 RPM, this 4-2-1 Evo-2 configuration is as close to a factory superbike specification as a road-derived machine can get.

Sound and Character

The Evolution Line raises the exhaust note by 10.5 dB relative to the standard system — from 96 dB to 106.5 dB measured at 5,500 RPM. The result is a hard-edged, purposeful howl that reflects the RSV4's V4 character without artificial amplification. On track the sound profile is immediately recognisable; the dB killer allows a degree of attenuation when circumstances require.

Build Quality and Materials

Akrapovic's Evolution Line is distinguished from the Slip-On range by replacing virtually every component of the OEM exhaust. The headers, mid-section and collector are all precision-welded titanium, produced to the same exacting tolerances used in Akrapovic's WorldSBK and MotoGP programmes. Carbon fibre is used for the outer silencer sleeve and end cap — materials chosen for their stiffness-to-weight ratio and thermal stability under sustained track use. The hexagonal silencer profile is a structural choice as much as a visual one, resisting torsional flex under hard acceleration.

Installation Notes

This system replaces the standard passenger footpeg hangers; the pillion footpegs cannot be retained. A dedicated exhaust bracket is supplied in the kit. The system is not road-legal and is intended for closed-circuit competition use only.
