Accossato lists the AGD287 for the NIKEN GT across 2019 to 2020, a black front brake lever in the original form.

Key Features

Front brake lever in the original form for the Yamaha NIKEN GT

Accossato's entry covers 2019 to 2020

Black

Right of the handlebar, front brake

An original spare parts type rather than a performance part

Accossato reports improved resistance after a fall or a collision

A single lever per pack

No test papers on file; for racing and competition

Construction and Material Quality

The AGD287 is built to the same price as every other part in Accossato's original spare parts range, a standard repair rather than an upgrade, and shaped here to match the black-finished brake lever offered on the NIKEN GT. A claim of greater resistance after damage accompanies the part, without naming a material or a dimension, and this description supplies none. Black is the listed colour, and no CNC lever is currently catalogued for this specific fitment.

Matching the Touring Trim's Darker Finish

Touring variants of naked bikes are often finished in slightly more subdued colours than the base model, and a NIKEN GT specified in black down to the brake lever looks deliberately coordinated in a way a mismatched silver replacement would undo. Confirming the original finish before ordering avoids that small but visible inconsistency, and since both the silver and black codes cover identical years on this particular model, the finish is genuinely the only variable left to check once the model name itself is confirmed. A quick look at the lever still on the bike, before it is removed and set aside, settles the question faster than guessing from memory, and the fitting work that follows is the same short job regardless of which colour is correct.

Fitment and Compatibility

This black AGD287 covers the NIKEN GT for the same 2019-2020 span as the silver AGD221 and the AGS01 clutch lever. Beyond the NIKEN GT, the black finish also fits the BMW G310GS and the Yamaha MT-09 SP.

Road Approval

No German ABE and no test mark can be shown for the AGD287, since no approval documents were supplied, and the lever is listed for racing and competition use.

Scope of Delivery

One AGD287 front brake lever, black.

Specifications

Type: Replacement brake lever, original type

Part number: AGD287

Position: Front brake, right handlebar

Lever colour: Black

Pieces: 1

Fitment: Yamaha NIKEN GT (2019–2020)

Road approval: None documented, track use only

Check: Compare with your original lever before ordering

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/AGD287_0ad83f30-1d2c-4e3f-a35d-0ce5e74e6c4e.png?v=1791122240
