Accossato's PBM01 covers this bike's full 2004-to-2020 production, closing the rear brake fluid reservoir in place of whichever cover has cracked or faded.

Key Features

Rear brake reservoir cover for the KTM 450SX-F, 2004 to 2020

Accossato code PBM01, closes the rear brake fluid reservoir

Available in orange, blue, black or silver

Same part also listed for the Husqvarna FC 350, TE 125 and TE 300, among others

Accossato also offers a front brake and clutch cover, crankcase plugs, oil filter covers and more for this bike

No German ABE on file; built for off-road and competition riding

Construction and Material Quality

Accossato builds the PBM01 to the 450SX-F's own rear reservoir shape, a fixed fit across the whole span this bike is listed for. All four colours offered seal the reservoir the same way, so the decision is cosmetic only. A cover that's gone brittle, cracked or badly discoloured after years of hard racing is worth swapping before it fails properly.

Standing Up to a Season of Landings

Every jump landing and every tip-over on a track sends some amount of force through the rear end, and a cover that's already marked from that use is more likely to give way completely on the next hard hit. Fitting a fresh PBM01 at the start of a season, rather than waiting for it to fail outright, is one of the cheaper ways to tick a box on a pre-season list. Keeping a spare in the pit box covers the rest of the year.

Fitment and Compatibility

Accossato ties the PBM01 to the entire 2004-to-2020 run of the 450SX-F. A garage running the Husqvarna FC 350, TE 125 or TE 300 alongside this bike will find the identical rear cover listed for those too, part of the much wider off-road range sharing this reservoir shape. Checking the exact build year against that list before ordering remains the sensible step.

Road Approval

No German ABE is on file for the PBM01, so Accossato lists it for off-road and competition use rather than for use on public roads.

Scope of Delivery

This listing covers one rear brake reservoir cover, in the colour you choose from the options above.

Specifications

Type: Rear brake reservoir cover

Part number: PBM01

Colours: Black, silver, orange, blue

Use: Off-road (enduro, motocross)

Fitment: KTM 450SX-F (2004–2020)

Check: Compare with the application list before ordering

Road approval: None documented, off-road and competition use

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/PBM01_N_9a06c201-5bac-44d8-ada2-b2da996fd386.png?v=1791799631
