Accossato's PBH01 replaces that cover on the Honda CRF450R built from 2002 to 2020, in blue or red.

Key Features

Rear brake reservoir cover for the Honda CRF450R, 2002 to 2020

Accossato code PBH01

Available in blue or red

Fits over the rear brake fluid reservoir by the footpeg

Same code also listed for the Honda CRF250X, the Yamaha WR450F and the Beta RR 480 4T

Accossato also offers the ABH01 cover, the TFH06 oil filter cover and the TOR01 oil filler plug for this bike

No German ABE on file; built for off-road and competition riding

Construction and Material Quality

Accossato's PBH01 sits over the CRF450R's rear brake reservoir exactly where the factory cover does, in blue or red. Low on the bike and right behind the footpeg, it is one of the most exposed small parts on a machine ridden at motocross pace, and it rarely survives a hard crash unmarked even when the rest of the bike escapes serious damage.

Replacing a Cover After a Fall

On a bike pushed as hard as a CRF450R usually is, a cracked rear reservoir cover is one of the more routine pieces of crash damage rather than an unusual one, often turning up alongside a bent lever or a scuffed number plate after any given off. It costs nothing to ride with a chipped cover still in place, but once a corner has broken away cleanly it no longer does its job properly. Fitting the PBH01 after that kind of fall is a small, quick repair compared with most of what else needs sorting.

Fitment and Compatibility

Accossato lists the PBH01 for the CRF450R across 2002 to 2020. The same rear reservoir cover also fits the Honda CRF250X, the Yamaha WR450F and the Beta RR 480 4T. On the CRF450R, this part sits alongside the ABH01 front brake and clutch reservoir cover, the TFH06 oil filter cover and the TOR01 oil filler plug. Checking the exact build year against the application list before ordering is still worth doing.

Road Approval

No German ABE is on file for the PBH01, so Accossato lists it for off-road and competition use rather than for use on public roads.

Scope of Delivery

This listing covers one rear brake reservoir cover, in the colour you choose from the options above.

Specifications

Type: Rear brake reservoir cover

Part number: PBH01

Colours: Blue, red

Use: Off-road (enduro, motocross)

Fitment: Honda CRF450R (2002–2020)

Check: Compare with the application list before ordering

Road approval: None documented, off-road and competition use

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/PBH01_R_9ca93a55-fd97-412e-b060-360825c80318.png?v=1791797410
