The answer is to see them early and adjust. Cross them as upright as possible, with a steady throttle rather than a burst of acceleration, and avoid braking hard with a wheel on a strip. Where a bend is laced with them, choose a line that crosses them at an angle rather than riding along one, and carry a little less speed into the corner. A small twitch is normal; stay relaxed on the bars and let the bike sort itself out.
