Accossato lists its rear pad AGPP91 for the 2025 Vitpilen 801, and this version uses the Organic (OR) compound. It is the calm, disc-friendly option, suited to owners who ride through town most days and prefer a rear brake that is quiet and easy to meter.

Key Features

AGPP91 rear brake pad in Organic (OR)

Listed by Accossato for the Husqvarna Vitpilen 801, model year 2025

Designed to spare the rear disc

Smooth, controllable response at parking speed

Low noise for daily riding

One set of two pads for one caliper

Construction and Material Quality

For its organic formula Accossato highlights two qualities: performance that lasts over the life of the pad, and reduced wear on the disc. A rear brake on a city roadster is touched hundreds of times a week, mostly lightly, so a mixture that treats the rotor kindly helps it stay smooth and true for many seasons. Accossato builds all of its pads with long life, restrained heat build-up and firm stopping in mind; in the organic version the emphasis falls clearly on gentle, predictable everyday use.

A Twin in the City

A parallel twin pulls cleanly from low revs, so a Vitpilen 801 rider in traffic often rolls along in a high gear and uses a touch of rear brake instead of downshifting. That light dragging is exactly what an organic pad handles gracefully: it responds softly, stays quiet and does not grab when the disc is cold after a night outside. It is also a sensible choice for a newer rider still building confidence with the heavier twin. When fitting new pads, clean the piston before pushing it back, and pump the pedal until you feel firm pressure.

Fitment and Compatibility

Accossato's listing for AGPP91 on this model covers the Vitpilen 801 of 2025, rear brake only. The catalogue does not show a front pad or a disc from Accossato for the Vitpilen 801, so this set concerns only the back wheel. The pad is also available in ST and STMX. The box holds one set for one caliper, which re-pads the single rear caliper. Compare the outline of the old pads with the new ones before fitting, and check the disc for wear.

Road Approval

Inter-Pace holds no approval paperwork or German ABE for this organic pad, so it is supplied for racing and competition use.

Scope of Delivery

Two Accossato AGPP91 pads in Organic mixture, a single set for the rear caliper of the 2025 Vitpilen 801.

Specifications

Part number: AGPP91OR

Compound: Organic (OR)

Dimensions: 78 × 41.3 × 9 mm

Material: Organic compound: organic resins, aramid fibres, graphite and metal powders

Friction coefficient: 0.41 average (0.36 minimum, 0.46 maximum), Ranzi test to European regulation

Density: 2.60 g/cm³ at 20 °C (+0.10 / −0.05)

Hardness: 100 HRR (± 10 HRR, Rockwell HRR scale)

Temperature resistance: 250 °C working, 400 °C maximum peak

Minimum shear strength: 20 kg/cm²

Contents: 2 brake pads, one set for one caliper

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/AGPP91_OR_5916b834-ddcd-40d5-a272-85af37ccda74.png?v=1790611219
https://inter-pace.com/products/accossato-organic-rear-brake-pads-husqvarna-vitpilen-801-2025-agpp91or
