Accossato's rear pad AGPP91 in the Organic compound, SKU AGPP91OR, fits that role and is catalogued for model years 2017 to 2025. It suits everyday riders, couriers and anyone who clocks up many short urban journeys and would like a soft pedal feel, low noise and a rear disc that lasts.

Key Features

Organic rear pads, reference AGPP91OR

Husqvarna Svartpilen 401, model years 2017 to 2025

Accossato claims extended service and minimal disc wear

Gentle, easy-to-dose pedal

Quiet in stop-start traffic

Same carrier offered as ST and STMX

Motorsport use, no ABE held

Construction and Material Quality

Accossato's claim for this mixture is that it lasts well and keeps disc wear low. For a Svartpilen 401 whose rear brake is touched lightly hundreds of times a week, both points count, since constant light contact is exactly what slowly wears a rotor. The Organic layer is bonded to the AGPP91 backing, which fits the caliper just like the part you take out. Accossato also points to strong retardation and restrained heat build-up.

Urban Riding Without Fuss

Filtering through slow traffic, easing into a parking bay or waiting on a hill start all call for a rear brake that responds softly and predictably. The Organic face gives the Svartpilen 401 exactly that, so a light press trims speed without locking the rear on a dusty surface. Many riders also notice that it operates quietly, which makes early departures from a residential street more pleasant for the neighbours.

When changing the pads, push the piston back only after cleaning it, and press the pedal several times until the resistance returns before you ride away.

Fitment and Compatibility

This rear set is listed by Accossato for the Husqvarna Svartpilen 401, model years 2017 to 2025; the front brake uses AGPA184. If you ride in heavy rain a lot, ST is the alternative, and STMX exists for dirt roads. Measure the old pads and compare the outline before fitting them to your Svartpilen 401.

Road Approval

No ABE or inspection mark for AGPP91OR has been made available to us, so the set is for racing only.

Scope of Delivery

Two Organic pads for the rear caliper.

Specifications

Part number: AGPP91OR

Compound: Organic (OR)

Dimensions: 78 × 41.3 × 9 mm

Material: Organic compound: organic resins, aramid fibres, graphite and metal powders

Friction coefficient: 0.41 average (0.36 minimum, 0.46 maximum), Ranzi test to European regulation

Density: 2.60 g/cm³ at 20 °C (+0.10 / −0.05)

Hardness: 100 HRR (± 10 HRR, Rockwell HRR scale)

Temperature resistance: 250 °C working, 400 °C maximum peak

Minimum shear strength: 20 kg/cm²

Contents: 2 brake pads, one set for one caliper

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/AGPP91_OR_9a7f95db-ec24-4d21-8a91-f5e21bed4ea8.png?v=1790611219
https://inter-pace.com/products/accossato-organic-rear-brake-pads-husqvarna-svartpilen-401-2017-2025-agpp91or
