The Accossato ESV04A is a clutch lever for the Factory models of 2017 to 2021: CNC-machined from aluminium, fitted at the original clutch mounting and adjustable in span. Its blade can be anodised in one of seven colours while the hub always stays black, so the lever also gives you a say in how the left side of the cockpit looks.

Key Features

Clutch lever for the Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 Factory, 2017 to 2021

Replaces the stock lever at the original clutch mounting

Span adjustable with an adjuster by the pivot

Black hub, blade in black, blue, red, orange, gold, silver or green

Three lengths: short, standard at about 138 mm, long

CNC-milled aluminium, anodised

Solid lever from hub to tip, no folding mechanism

Track use; no German ABE documented

Construction and Material Quality

Colour on the ESV04A is not a coat of paint. Once the lever has been milled from solid aluminium, it is anodised, an electrochemical process in which the surface of the metal itself becomes the coloured layer. That is why the black of the hub and the shade of the blade keep their depth and do not chip at the edges. The hub contains the pivot and the span adjuster, and the blade is a single rigid piece running from there to the tip, with no hinge along its length.

Choosing a Colour for the Factory

A Tuono V4 1100 Factory already carries plenty of visual detail: the aluminium frame, the V4 engine, the suspension hardware. A lever colour can work with that or against it. If your Factory shows gold on its fork, a gold blade could pick up that tone and tie the left end of the bar to the front of the bike. Silver matches bare aluminium and stays understated. Black merges with the hub and the switchgear for riders who want the cockpit to look as it did when new, while red, orange, blue and green add a deliberate accent. Nothing forces symmetry, either: a coloured clutch lever opposite a black brake lever is as valid as a matched pair. Lengths are not identical across the palette, though. Black and red are made in the standard size only, silver in standard and short, and the long blade exists in blue, gold, green and orange, so a long clutch lever means choosing among those four.

Fitment and Compatibility

The ESV04A appears in Accossato's catalogue as the clutch lever for the Tuono 1100 Factory from 2017 to 2021. Factory bikes from 2022 onwards are not included, even though the EDF099 brake lever for the same model stays on the list until 2024. For a 2021 bike, a quick comparison of your original lever with the product photos is sensible, since that model year also brought the reworked Tuono. The lever replaces the original at the clutch mounting.

Road Approval

No German road approval (ABE) has been documented for the ESV04A; we sell it for the circuit.

Scope of Delivery

Packed in an Accossato box: one ESV04A clutch lever in the selected colour and length.

Specifications

Part number: ESV04A

Type: fixed clutch lever for the original mounting

Material: CNC-machined aluminium, anodised

Hub: black

Blade colours: black, blue, red, orange, gold, silver, green

Lengths: standard (approx. 138 mm) in every colour; short in blue, orange, gold, silver, green; long in blue, orange, gold, green

Reach: adjustable distance to the grip

Road approval: none documented, track use only

Fitment: Aprilia TUONO V4 1100 FACTORY, 2017 to 2021

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/ESV04AN_58b09786-2203-4746-82a4-d7b9348ceb8f.png?v=1789994572
https://inter-pace.com/products/accossato-cnc-clutch-lever-aprilia-tuono-v4-1100-factory-2017-2021-esv04a
