Anything added to such a bike has to fit that picture. The Accossato EDF014 is a machined aluminium brake lever for the Triumph Bonneville, listed for 2006 to 2016, that mounts on the original master cylinder and offers silver and black among its seven blade colours.

Key Features

Replacement front brake lever for the Triumph Bonneville, 2006 to 2016

Silver or black blade for a period look, five brighter colours as well

Mounts on the original master cylinder

Adjustable distance from the grip

Standard length approximately 138 mm; short and long in selected colours

CNC-machined aluminium, anodised, with black hub

Fixed blade in one piece

Construction and Material Quality

Accossato machines the EDF014 from aluminium and anodises it, black for the hub and your chosen colour for the blade. An anodised surface has a soft sheen rather than the mirror of chrome, and it sits comfortably beside the Bonneville's mix of polished and brushed metal. Because the colour is formed in the surface instead of being painted on, the lever keeps its finish through wet rides and long winters in the garage. There is no hinge anywhere in the design: blade and hub are one fixed piece, and the lever moves only around its pivot.

Silver, Black or a Touch of Colour

On a classic, the right part is often the one nobody notices at first. A silver blade comes closest to the bare alloy levers of older British twins and suits a Bonneville with plenty of chrome. Black suits the darker versions, such as the Bonneville Black that Accossato includes in this listing, and gives the cockpit a calmer look. Gold can work with dark green, burgundy or black paint if you like a hint of the café racer era, and blue, green, orange and red are there for owners who want the lever to be seen. Length is part of the look too. The standard blade, about 138 mm, keeps the proportions of the original and is the only length in black and red. Silver is also made short, which gives a neater outline beside the grip, while the long blade exists only in the other four colours.

Fitment and Compatibility

The Bonneville entries for the EDF014 run from 2006 to 2016 and include the 900 of 2007, the 900 EFI of 2008 to 2010, the Bonneville Black and the 865 EFI of 2015 and 2016. On the clutch side there are two Accossato levers for the Bonneville, the ESC777 for bikes from 2005 to 2015 and the EST333 for 2006 to 2015; which one fits depends on the version, so check the clutch listings separately. The EDF014 itself takes the place of the stock blade on the original master cylinder.

Road Approval

Because no German ABE is documented, this Bonneville brake lever is sold for circuit use.

Scope of Delivery

One EDF014 brake lever in its own Accossato box, colour and length as ordered.

Specifications

Part number: EDF014

Type: fixed brake lever for the original mounting

Material: CNC-machined aluminium, anodised

Hub: black

Blade colours: black, blue, red, orange, gold, silver, green

Lengths: standard (approx. 138 mm) in every colour; short in blue, orange, gold, silver, green; long in blue, orange, gold, green

Reach: adjustable distance to the grip

Road approval: none documented, track use only

Fitment: Triumph BONNEVILLE, 2006 to 2016

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/EDF014N_ab8754cc-dcd2-4471-9887-b68621954acd.png?v=1789986889
