Rather than altering how the brake lines are routed across the bike, the kit keeps to the path used by the factory rubber hose it is designed to replace. The only Fantic-specific detail in play here is the hose count, fixed at two to match this model's twin-line brake circuit.

Key Features

Braided brake hose kit for the Fantic Motor XEF 450, 2022 to 2023

Standard layout, following the factory hose routing

Kit supplied as 2 braided hoses

Stainless steel fittings throughout

Sheath available in 20 colours

Direct replacement for the factory rubber brake line on this specific model and year range

Aeronautical-grade braid construction

Construction and Material Quality

Stainless-steel braid, laid in an aeronautical-grade weave, forms the outer layer of both hoses in this XEF 450 kit, offering less stretch under braking pressure than the rubber line being replaced, and this applies equally across the 2022 and 2023 production years. Fittings on the AGA0264 are stainless steel only; no painted alternative is offered for this kit. What a buyer can select is the sheath colour, offered in 20 options, which leaves the fitting finish as the one constant across every unit sold.

Standard Layout and Hose Routing

Standard layout on the XEF 450 means the braided hose takes over exactly the route the original rubber line used between the master cylinder and the caliper at each end of the circuit, with no new path introduced. The twin-hose count reflects the two separate brake lines fitted to this model rather than a single shared line. Installation calls for connecting each braided hose where the rubber hose previously sat, then bleeding the system fully, since a line left with trapped air will give a soft, uneven lever before it is cleared.

Fitment and Compatibility

The AGA0264 is specified by Accossato for the Fantic Motor XEF 450 across 2022 and 2023, in the Standard layout covered here. The same part also fits the XEF 250 for 2021 to 2023 and both the XXF 250 and XXF 450 for 2022, as all four share identical hose routing and hose count; check the fitment tab for the exact year range on each model before ordering.

Road Approval

Accossato documents no ABE or parts certificate for the AGA0264, so this kit is intended for track and competition use.

Scope of Delivery

This kit includes 2 braided hoses for the Standard layout. Banjo bolts and sealing washers are not confirmed as included, so check the existing hardware on the bike before fitting.

Specifications

Part number: AGA0264

Type: Braided brake hose kit

Layout: Standard layout (S)

Number of hoses: 2

Sheath: Aeronautical-grade stainless-steel braid

Fittings: Stainless steel (plain)

Sheath colours: 20

Fitment: Fantic Motor XEF 450 (2022-2023)

Road approval: Not documented (track/competition use)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/faecher_1b17aaa3-bccb-4709-89cc-b22efd71d4f3.png?v=1792001573
https://inter-pace.com/products/accossato-braided-brake-hose-kit-fantic-motor-xef-450-2022-2023-standard-aga0264
