Moto2 Technology on Your Fireblade

SC-Project developed the CR-T around the same T.I.G. welding processes and aerospace-sourced materials used in their Moto2 exhaust programmes. Every weld, every machined surface, and every gram of the finished silencer reflects that competition brief. The result is an exhaust that does not merely look the part — it changes how the CBR 1000 RR-R feels to ride. Removing 2.3 kg from the tail section lowers the centre of gravity, quickens direction changes, and lets the SC82's chassis geometry work as Fireblade engineers intended.

Sound, Flow and Construction

Without a dB-killer fitted, the CR-T registers 118 dB at 5,500 rpm — a deep, aggressive, full-throttle note that carries the character of a factory MotoGP machine rather than an aftermarket silencer. The 70 mm outlet is not merely a styling choice; it is sized to allow the free exhaust flow the SC82's high-revving inline-four demands at the top of its power band. The titanium flame-mesh cap completes the assembly, combining heat management with a visual signature immediately recognisable on circuit.

The carbon variant (H35A-T36C) brings exceptional heat resistance and a visual aggression that complements the Fireblade's sharp bodywork lines. The titanium variant (H35A-T36T) prioritises outright weight reduction and long-term durability under sustained track use. Both share identical CNC-machined titanium bushings and T.I.G.-welded joints throughout.
