Performance & Build Quality
The DYNO silencer is Spark's race-oriented centrepiece: a titanium canister engineered for maximum flow and minimum weight. Titanium combines exceptional tensile strength with outstanding heat resistance, so repeated hard track sessions will not distort or discolour the canisters the way lesser materials do. The stainless steel mid-section bridges the original headers to the new silencers with tight manufacturing tolerances, maintaining back-pressure characteristics that support strong mid-range torque as well as peak power.
For the best results on track, Spark recommends pairing this system with a dedicated race ECU map or a custom dyno tune. The improved exhaust flow changes the fuelling demand across the rev range, and a matched map will realise the full gain in acceleration and throttle sharpness that the system is capable of delivering.
Installation Notes
This is a half-system: the Spark stainless steel connecting pipe and twin DYNO silencers replace the stock mid-section and cans, while the original headers remain in place. This approach keeps the fitment process straightforward and preserves the factory header heat management.
The system is compatible with the standard fairing and the factory-mounted tail tidy. The passenger footpegs must be removed before installation. On Euro 5 models, the plastic cover of the original collector will need to be filed back by a few millimetres to allow the Spark connecting pipe to seat correctly.
