Engineered from aerospace-grade titanium and hand-finished in Italy, the Spark Exhaust WorldSBK 23 full exhaust system for the Ducati Panigale V4/S/R (2018-2024) is a direct replica of the hardware campaigned in the Superbike World Championship. Every weld, every bracket and every silencer body reflects the obsessive material discipline that defines genuine race machinery — and the result is a staggering 3.6 kg reduction over the standard system, dropping total weight from 9.1 kg to just 5.5 kg.

Titanium Construction — Why It Matters

The choice of titanium for both the header and the silencer bodies is not cosmetic. Titanium combines a tensile strength comparable to high-grade steel with roughly 45 per cent less density, allowing the WorldSBK 23 system to shed mass from a part of the motorcycle that sits low and central — directly improving mass centralisation and therefore the agility every Panigale V4 rider demands. The material's natural resistance to the extreme thermal cycling of a four-cylinder superbike exhaust also means the finish holds its integrity over years of hard use, without the bluing discolouration or surface oxidation that affects steel alternatives.

Performance and Setup Guidance

Because this is a full system replacement rather than a slip-on, the WorldSBK 23 alters exhaust backpressure and gas velocity across the entire rev range. To extract the full benefit, Inter-Pace strongly recommends a dedicated race ECU map or a tailored dyno session after installation. The system is designed exclusively for use with a WSBK-specification swingarm and WSBK-specification fuel tank; it is not compatible with the standard Panigale V4 swingarm or the production fuel tank. Please confirm your specification before ordering.
