Engineered exclusively for the Aprilia RSV4 RF and RSV4 1100 Factory, the Öhlins FKR Cartridge Kit Racing (TTX 25) FKR 121 transforms your fork into a precision-tuned racing tool. A spring-pressurised, closed cartridge system replaces the conventional gas-pressure architecture, delivering consistent, repeatable damping lap after lap with none of the maintenance headaches of traditional setups.

Key Features

  • TTX technology with a newly developed piston and 8 mm piston rod reduces internal pressure for rapid, linear response — the fork tracks and loads with exceptional fidelity.
  • Spring-pressurised closed system eliminates gas-pressure maintenance concerns and keeps damping character consistent across an entire race day.
  • 120 mm stroke matched precisely to Öhlins fork geometry on the RSV4 platform, ensuring full suspension travel is usable and correctly calibrated.
  • Ships with three 04744-series springs (9.0, 9.5 and 10.0 N/mm) so you can dial in preload to suit rider weight, tyre compound and circuit demands without ordering additional parts.
  • Extensive tuning range supports everything from circuit testing through to competitive race configuration, giving your technician real adjustment latitude.
  • Installation instructions included; professional fitment by an authorised Öhlins Service Centre is recommended for optimal results.

Performance on Track

The FKR 121 is a motorsport product, designed and certified for closed-circuit competition use only. By reducing the hydraulic pressure acting against the piston, Öhlins achieves a damping curve that responds immediately to small-amplitude inputs — chicane chatter, kerb strikes and mid-corner bumps are absorbed without upsetting chassis balance. The result is improved traction under acceleration and greater front-end confidence under braking, two areas where the RSV4 platform already excels and where marginal gains translate directly into lap times.

Fitment and Compatibility

The FKR 121 is compatible with the following models and must be paired with the specified Öhlins fork unit. This is a motorsport product — not approved for use on public roads.

  • Aprilia RSV4 RF (2017–2018): requires Öhlins fork FL 930 only.
  • Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory (2019): requires Öhlins fork FL 960 only.
  • Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory (2020–2026): requires Öhlins fork FL 963 only.
