Where the X-803 laid the foundations, the X-804 RS refines every dimension: a 100% carbon fibre shell built across four separate shell sizes, an ECE 22.06 homologation, and a starting weight of just 1,420 g (±50 g, size M) that makes its track-day intentions impossible to miss.

Race-Ready Engineering

The X-804 RS Ultra Carbon is not a road helmet dressed up in race clothing — it is developed directly from the experience of Nolan's championship-winning riders in MotoGP and Superbike competition. The four-shell construction means the carbon structure is never stretched or compressed to cover an awkward size range; every size from XXS to XXXL gets a shell proportioned specifically for it. The result is optimal shell geometry, consistent protection characteristics, and weight distribution that stays neutral when you tuck behind a fairing at speed.

The Rot Liquido 326 gloss finish is a deep, vivid red that reads with clarity on track and on road alike. The aggressive silhouette — developed in the wind tunnel — reduces aerodynamic lift and buffeting even when you deviate from a full tuck, keeping your attention on the apex rather than managing helmet movement.

Visor System

The Ultrawide flat visor expands the horizontal field of vision beyond a conventional shell visor, which matters enormously when picking reference points through fast chicanes. It is scratch-resistant, prepared for tear-offs in race conditions, and ships with a Pinlock anti-fog inner lens installed. A second dark smoke visor is included for bright-light and sunny track days, allowing you to switch between clear and tinted configurations without purchasing additional accessories.

Comfort & Everyday Usability

Despite its pure racing lineage, the X-804 RS makes concessions for real-world use. The interior is fully removable and machine washable. Glasses wearers are accommodated by the shaped temple channels. The Nolan X-804 RS Ultra Carbon is a universal full-face helmet suitable for all motorcycle types. It is not compatible with Nolan N-Com Bluetooth communication systems. For Bluetooth intercom integration, please consult Inter-Pace staff for compatible third-party solutions. The helmet is road-legal across all ECE 22.06 jurisdictions and approved for track day use at circuits requiring the ECE 22.06 standard.
