This is the lightest wheel in the entire OZ range, and every gram saved from the rotating mass translates into sharper turn-in, faster direction changes, and more precise cornering on track.

The Cattiva name carries genuine racing lineage. OZ developed the wheel profile through its SBK Racing department — the same division that supports factory and satellite teams at the highest level of Superbike competition — and the six-spoke layout reflects that origin. The spoke geometry is not decorative; it is the product of load-path engineering carried over from competition use. The three available finishes — gloss black, matte black, and gold — are applied with the same attention OZ brings to its race-spec components, giving each option a depth and consistency that makes the wheel a visual focal point as well as a performance upgrade.

Track Performance

Reducing rotating mass at the wheel is one of the most effective single-component upgrades available to a track rider. Because the wheel both spins and changes direction, reducing its weight improves acceleration, braking response, and the effort required to tip the motorcycle into a corner. This wheel is designed exclusively for track use and should not be used on public roads.

Fitment and Compatibility

This rear wheel is designed and engineered specifically for the Ducati Panigale 959 across the full production run from 2016 to 2019. The original Ducati rear sprocket is not compatible with the supplied sprocket carrier; a replacement sprocket suitable for the carrier must be fitted. Spacers are included and fitted only where the installation requires them. Confirm your model year before ordering.
