This part comes from the same production as the components it goes into.

Key Features

Original Öhlins service part

Dimension C 28 mm

Dimension A 16 mm

Dimension B 45 mm

Öhlins part number 00563-04

What It Is

16 mm, 45 mm, 28 mm: that is the whole specification, and it has to match what came out. Öhlins keeps tooling for older units, which is why parts remain available. Service parts make the difference between a damper that is rebuilt and one that is replaced. The number on the part matches the number in the drawing, which makes identification unambiguous.

Why the Original

Öhlins manufactures service parts on the same lines as production parts — there is no second quality. The alternative to a service part is usually a new damper, which is why this catalogue exists. Öhlins parts are unit-specific: a close dimension is not a substitute. Tell us the damper's model designation and year and we will match the number for you.

Getting the Number Right

The reliable route is the exploded drawing: find the position, read the number, order it — 00563-04 in this case. Check dimension a 16 mm, dimension b 45 mm, dimension c 28 mm against what you have removed; a close size is not the same part. Öhlins keeps tooling for older units, which is why parts remain available. Öhlins publishes an exploded view for each unit, and every position in it carries its own number.

Fitting and Setup Service

If you would rather not open the damper yourself, we can do it — we are an authorised Öhlins service centre and rebuild these units as a matter of routine.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 00563-04

Category: Service Parts

Dimension A: 16 mm

Dimension B: 45 mm

Dimension C: 28 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/00563-04_c886fe7c-d05c-42fc-ab38-8f1afac35fa4.png?v=1788869674
