Measure the old part against them before ordering. Service parts are what make an Öhlins unit worth rebuilding rather than replacing. Ordering by number from the exploded view is the reliable way to get the right piece. Öhlins keeps tooling for older units, which is why parts remain available.

Original Öhlins Part

The alternative to a service part is usually a new damper, which is why this catalogue exists. Öhlins keeps service parts available for units long after they leave the current price list. If you are unsure which number your unit takes, send us the model and serial number of the damper and we will look it up. If the unit is already apart, compare the published dimensions with the part in your hand.

Identifying the Right Part

Öhlins identifies this position by the number 05900-01 in the exploded view for the unit it belongs to. Check dimension a 44 mm, dimension b 20.6 mm, dimension c 35.5 mm against what you have removed; a close size is not the same part. This part comes from the same production line as the components it is fitted to. An original Öhlins service part, listed under its own number in the Öhlins spare parts catalogue.

Fitting and Setup Service

Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 05900-01

Category: Service Parts

Dimension A: 44 mm

Dimension B: 20.6 mm

Dimension C: 35.5 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/05900-01_964d2384-437a-4b7a-9bf4-20f4ab007ebd.png?v=1788877127
