Key Features

- Dimension A 18 mm
- Original Öhlins service part
- Dimension B 38 mm
- Dimension C 7 mm
Where It Sits
The published figures are 18 mm, 38 mm, 7 mm. Measure the old part against them before ordering. Öhlins does not sell service parts as pattern equivalents — there is one specification. Replacement parts come from the same production as the components they go into. The number on the part matches the number in the drawing, which makes identification unambiguous.
Why the Original
An original part keeps the unit within its published specification; a near-equivalent quietly moves it. The tolerances here are the ones the unit was assembled to, not a pattern equivalent's interpretation of them. Tell us the damper's model designation and year and we will match the number for you. Order by part number — descriptions repeat across sizes, numbers do not.
How to Be Sure It Fits
Order under 03067-03. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. Check dimension a 18 mm, dimension b 38 mm, dimension c 7 mm against what you have removed; a close size is not the same part. Individual parts let a workshop replace only what is worn. Öhlins publishes an exploded view for each unit, and every position in it carries its own number.
Fitting and Setup Service
If you would rather not open the damper yourself, we can do it — we are an authorised Öhlins service centre and rebuild these units as a matter of routine.
