Öhlins does not sell service parts as pattern equivalents — there is one specification. This part comes from the same production line as the components it is fitted to. Service parts are what make an Öhlins unit worth rebuilding rather than replacing.

Why the Original

Every part in this catalogue is one Öhlins fits itself during assembly and service. This is an original Öhlins part, not an aftermarket equivalent — the tolerances are the ones the unit was assembled to. We can supply the whole position from the drawing rather than the single piece if that is easier. Tell us the damper's model designation and year and we will match the number for you.

Getting the Number Right

Part number 03000-01 is unambiguous; the description alone is not, because Öhlins uses similar wording across sizes. Öhlins states dimension a 8 mm, dimension b 25 mm, dimension c 1.5 mm for this number, and those figures are the deciding ones. An original Öhlins service part, listed under its own number in the Öhlins spare parts catalogue. Availability of individual parts is one reason Öhlins units stay in service for decades.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 03000-01

Category: Service Parts

Dimension A: 8 mm

Dimension B: 25 mm

Dimension C: 1.5 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/03000-01_732ad5c9-a10a-45ea-9e46-9cdcfa604404.png?v=1788871840
