Öhlins pressure-tests hoses because they carry the full gas charge. The reservoir hose carries the full gas charge and is pressure-tested accordingly. Fittings are specific to the hose and the housing they connect.

Original Öhlins Part

This is an original Öhlins part, not an aftermarket equivalent — the tolerances are the ones the unit was assembled to. The alternative to a service part is usually a new damper, which is why this catalogue exists. The Öhlins exploded view names the number for each position; we can look it up if you do not have it. Service parts are supplied per piece unless the description says otherwise.

Getting the Number Right

The reliable route is the exploded drawing: find the position, read the number, order it — 03100-09 in this case. Öhlins states dimension a 10 mm, dimension b 10 mm, dimension c 425 mm for this number, and those figures are the deciding ones. Reservoir caps carry the gas valve and are torqued to a specification. The separating piston or bladder inside keeps gas and oil apart; if it fails, the damping goes with it.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 03100-09

Category: Hoses

Dimension A: 10 mm

Dimension B: 10 mm

Dimension C: 425 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/03100-09_e6bd90d9-bbbf-45e9-bf27-5be5d373ae15.png?v=1788871991
