Öhlins supports its units with individual parts rather than only with complete assemblies. Where a part supersedes an older number, Öhlins states it in the catalogue. Availability of individual parts is one reason Öhlins units stay in service for decades.

Genuine Service Part

Öhlins is one of the few suspension makers that still supplies every position in the exploded view as a single part. Öhlins numbers every position so a workshop can order precisely what it needs, not a whole assembly. Where a number has been superseded, Öhlins states the replacement — we pass that on. Order by part number. The dimensions below are the ones Öhlins publishes for it.

Identifying the Right Part

03250-03 is the Öhlins number for this position — the same one printed in the service documentation. This position has no published dimension, so the part number is the only reliable identifier. Öhlins keeps tooling for older units, which is why parts remain available. This part comes from the same production line as the components it is fitted to.

Fitting and Setup Service

If you would rather not open the damper yourself, we can do it — we are an authorised Öhlins service centre and rebuild these units as a matter of routine.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 03250-03

Category: Service Parts

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/03250-03_0fe51d23-2e8a-4be4-8824-d482bdb9ff26.png?v=1788872197
