DescriptionThe whole story▼
Beneath its touring equipment, the Triumph Sprint GT 1050 has a strong three-cylinder engine and a capable chassis, and plenty of owners enjoy riding it briskly on open roads without luggage. A few even take it on a track day. For them, Accossato lists the AGPA58 front pad in the EV1 street/track compound for the Sprint GT 1050 and GT SE with ABS from 2010 to 2015. It gives a firmer bite and more feedback for sporty road riding and occasional circuit use.

- For the Triumph Sprint GT 1050 and GT SE ABS, 2010 to 2015
- For sporty road riding and occasional track days
- Accossato describes excellent grip on road and amateur track
- Two pads per box; two boxes for both front calipers
- Also offered as OR, ST and EV2
Construction and Material Quality
EV1 is Accossato's compound for riders who want stronger braking on the road and at amateur track days. The company describes excellent grip in both settings. On the Sprint GT 1050, it gives the front brakes a sharper initial response and clear feedback, which helps the rider brake precisely on a fast road. Like all Accossato pads, EV1 is designed for controlled wear, limited heat and fade, and high stopping power.
A Sport-Tourer Without the Luggage
Remove the panniers and the Sprint GT 1050 becomes a surprisingly lively sports machine. On a good road, it is the front brakes that set the rhythm: firm stops before bends, a smooth release, and on to the throttle. EV1 pads support that riding with a clearer lever feel. If you book a track day, prepare with fresh fluid, check pads and discs, and bed in the pads before the first session. Watch lever travel during the day and let the brakes cool between sessions.
Fitment and Compatibility
The AGPA58 is Accossato's front pad for the Triumph Sprint 1050 GT and Sprint 1050 GT SE with ABS, 2010 to 2015. Each of the two front calipers needs its own box. The AGPA76 is listed at the rear for the same years, and the DK132 disc is also in the catalogue for this model. Other AGPA58 compounds are Organic, Sintered and EV2.
Road Approval
This EV1 pad has no ABE and no road approval document is on our file. It is sold for track days and competition.
